We are by your side right from the start, i.e. from your first telephone call or your online inquiry, until you return and would like to find the right riding safari for you in a joint discussion. In any emergencies on site, we are your contact.

We are there for you by phone from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
We would be happy to make an individual telephone appointment with you outside of these times, so we have the opportunity to talk to you about your wishes and ideas in peace and quiet. Please send us your desired date and your contact details.

○	In the event of an accident or illness during your trip booked with us, we are at your side with our emergency management and we will quickly help you with the necessary measures.
○	We are your contact in Germany and offer all customers an emergency number.
○	We offer complete payment processing via your credit card.
○	With us, your travel prices are insured as part of the statutory insolvency protection.
○	As a long-standing Africa expert, we know about the situation in the destination country and can work out the best itineraries and travel offers for you.
○	Before or after a horseback riding safari, we would be happy to arrange a connecting trip for you with a transfer, with a guide or as a self-driver to selected guesthouses that have, of course, been checked by us.
○	Regular contact and recurring on-site visits give us the opportunity to check riding farms and guest houses again and again.
○	Selected destinations from horse safari
○	All destinations in our program have been carefully selected and are safe for tourists to travel to.

We are constantly monitoring the current information from the Federal Foreign Office and will immediately forward relevant travel and safety information about the respective destination to our customers.
Most of our horseback safaris take place in remote and unspoilt areas. A transfer is organised for our customers directly from the relevant international airport to the horseback riding safari. It is therefore very unlikely that our customers will encounter any problems in the respective travel country.
